Programme Features:

1. Financing Amount Up to RM400,000

2. Profit Rate 3.5%

3. Rebate / Grant. Eligible companies may receive a rebate or grant of up to 40%.

*Subject to SME Corp. Malaysia’s T&Cs.

4. Financing Tenure Up to 36 months

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under the
• Companies Act 1965 or 2016, Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012, or Trade
• Licensing Ordinance 1948 (Sabah & Sarawak);
• Have a valid SME Status Certificate;
• At least 60% local equity;
• Have a valid business license issued by the Local Authority (PBT);
• At least 12 months in operations from the application date; and
• Priority will be given to companies with a good financial track record with financial institutions.

• Raw materials

• Operating expenses (rental, salaries & wages, utility payments)

• Acquisition of Machinery & Equipment

• ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) Adoption

• Product Certification

• Advertising & Promotion

• ICT Adoption

The following documents are required for submission:

– Applicant’s Identification (I/C) Front & Back

– Guarantor’s Identification (I/C) Front & Back

– Current Business Bank Statements

– Financial Statements (minimum 2 years signed management accounts, from the

date of incorporation to the most recent month possible)

– Business Owner Profile Photo

– Proof of Business Premise (Photo, live-video, etc)
